Enola, PA (March 11, 2022) – East Penn Soccer Club is excited to announce the addition of Premier and Elite (Division I) teams to the East Penn brand beginning the fall of 2022. These teams will be identified as East Penn Premier and East Penn Elite Soccer teams. These teams will be coached by experienced and highly qualified coaches with United States Soccer Federation (USSF) and United Soccer Coaches licenses, as well as collegiate and professional experience.

The addition of these teams will allow the East Penn Soccer Club to directly support them by providing them with several benefits. These benefits will include but are not limited to a year-round indoor facility and quality grass and turf fields. Our facilities also allow us the flexibility to offer additional specialized training and camps, such as Goalkeeper or Striker camps.  

East Penn Soccer Club will have the ability to provide a truly affordable, quality program for the players, that focuses on development and growth.  Teams will have an upfront yearlong schedule, that will ensure there are no hidden fees or surprises.

Ubaldo Murillo, President of East Penn Soccer Club, indicated “This new addition will provide our current and future players with an option to achieve their highest soccer aspirations without the usual high costs of registration. In addition to a long-term player development curriculum, players will now have full access to programs including a Collegiate Soccer Advisory Program, Strength & Conditioning Training, and Nutrition Education.” Ubaldo proceeded to say, “this change is a natural progression of the organization’s growth while ensuring its main focus of player development is also aligned with its mission to provide all players the opportunity to play at the recreational, travel, and premier/elite level regardless of their financial situation.”

Youness Alami, Director of Coaching for the East Penn Soccer Club, described this change as “A big win for many players looking to elevate their skills and knowledge of the game. This change will also allow for a seamless transition of players who are identified to play at the premier or elite level.”

East Penn Soccer Club (EPSC) was originally founded in 2002 and formerly known as East Penn Panther United (EPPU), it is a competitive travel soccer club participating in the Central Penn Youth Soccer League (CPYSL), EDP League, a member of the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association (EPYSA) and Leagues United of US Club Soccer (USCS).

East Penn Soccer Club programs promote educational achievement, health and wellness, and character development, while also training youth to develop soccer and athletic skills appropriate to their ages, abilities, and interests.

The Club operates as East Penn Premier and East Penn Elite with its premier and elite divisions. The club also has intramural and recreational programs which operate under the EPLW Soccer name.
