The East Penn Soccer Club's Speed & Agility Program consists of group sessions that are dynamic, virtually non-stop exercises, drills and activities. The areas of focus include training relative to acceleration, stride length, stride rate, endurance, sprint form and technique as well as Agility Training relative to the ability to rapidly change directions without the loss of speed, balance or body control through improved movement, coordination and precision. All activities, games, drills and exercises are geared toward an athlete's development associated with:

Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Age Group: 7 to 17 year old players
Camp Dates: July 18, 20, 22, 25, 27 and 29.

5:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Kristen is the official Club Agility and Conditioning Lead Trainer. Kristen has degrees in both Exercise Science and Health & Physical Education.
She brings many years of experience in helping athletes achieve their agility and conditioning goals.
